These Terms are a legal agreement between you and SOS Acquisition LLC, Pittsburgh, PA, USA (email: support@gramiapp.com). By using Grami, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
Grami is a personal record-keeping tool for parents of premature babies. It lets you log feeds, weights, medications, diapers, sleep, appointments, and milestones. It is not a medical device, clinical system, or healthcare service.
Grami does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Always consult your baby's care team before making any health decisions. If you believe your baby is experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 (or your local emergency number) immediately. We are not a HIPAA-covered entity.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Each account is for one parent or caregiver — you may track multiple babies.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access. No payment information required to start.

Billing is processed through Stripe. Grami subscriptions are purchased on the web — we do not use Apple In-App Purchases or Google Play Billing.
Cancel anytime via More → Subscription → Cancel or by emailing support@gramiapp.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.
We will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email before any price change. If you disagree, cancel before it takes effect.
You own your data. We do not claim ownership over your care logs or notes. You may request a data export at any time by emailing support@gramiapp.com — we will provide JSON or CSV within 30 days.
After cancellation, your data remains accessible until the end of your paid period, then read-only for 30 days. If you do not resubscribe within that window, your account and data may be deleted (we will send a reminder email first).
Grami's design, code, branding, and content are owned by SOS Acquisition LLC. Your care logs and notes belong to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SOS Acquisition LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
In no event shall SOS Acquisition LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of the total amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.00.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SOS Acquisition LLC and its officers, directors, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of Grami; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA. Before filing any formal claim, contact us at support@gramiapp.com and give us 30 days to resolve it informally.
Unresolved disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the AAA in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (or by videoconference). Both parties waive the right to a jury trial and class action.
EU and UK users retain the right to bring disputes before their local courts under applicable consumer protection laws.
You may stop using Grami at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or fail to pay after reasonable notice. In cases of serious violations, we may terminate immediately.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SOS Acquisition LLC regarding Grami and supersede any prior agreements.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver is only effective if made in writing by an authorized representative of SOS Acquisition LLC.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, with notice to you.
We will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet outages, or infrastructure failures beyond our direct control.
